CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

The Role

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding value and service to the club’s key partners
  • Creation and implementation of sponsor campaigns and marketing strategies, including digital, branding and match day initiatives
  • Establish strong working relationships with partners, ensuring all contractual benefits and obligations are delivered
  • Coordinating and delivering commercial events and activations on match day and at the club
  • Assisting with the preparation of planning and reporting documents for corporate partners
  • Coordinating all ticketing, hospitality and memorabilia requests and fulfillment
  • Ensure that all partner branding is accurately represented through all internal and external communications
  • Liaise with the AFL, stadia and other external providers to coordinate sponsor activities
  • Contribute creatively to the team to ensure we are providing industry-leading and innovative concepts for our corporate partners

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: 

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or Sports Management
  • 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in digital marketing is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to show initiative
  • Effective time management
  • Team focussed with an ability to work autonomously

Weekend work and some travel will be required as part of this role. 

The successful candidate will require a valid Victorian Working with Children Check.
