North Melbourne has further strengthened its Tasmanian ties, with the announcement of Systembuilt Homes as its latest community partner.

Systembuilt Homes will help deliver unique schools programs into Tasmania, engaging more than 4,000 primary school kids each year.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Systembuilt on-board and together, we’ll be aiming to double our schools program to include a record 30 schools in 2014 and beyond,” North CEO Carl Dilena said.

“Together with Systembuilt we will also roll out our exciting schools football program in the Hobart area which includes more than four weeks training for Grade 3 and 4 students, teaching the importance of physical activity and good nutrition.”

Systembuilt will be an important part of North’s match day activation at Blundstone Arena in Round 17, when the club takes on the Saints.

"Systembuilt is excited about the new partnership with North Melbourne and we look forward to helping establish strong Tasmanian support through these community programs,” National Sales & Operations Manager Michael Leisavnieks said.

The Kangaroos and Systembuilt have teamed up with the University of Tasmania to deliver programs with Human Movement students implementing them as part of their course requirements.

Systembuilt will provide a memorable experience for children at a special clinic at North Hobart Oval on Hobart with colouring posters, colouring pencils, loom bands, rulers, pencil cases and footballs handed to attendees.

Systembuilt’s goal is to change the face of housing in Australia and believes in producing homes that warm the heart and soothe the soul, in their design and construction. Most importantly, it believes in making homes accessible to as many people as possible.
