North Melbourne has surged past 39,000 members and is edging closer to its all-time record, set in 2014.

The club is just 1,084 members away from breaking last year’s mark of 40,349 members.

While the success of a finals campaign has seen thousands of new members ‘Get Real’, there are many members still to re-commit ahead of the July 31 deadline.

"To be over 2,000 members ahead of this time last year is an amazing effort," North CEO Carl Dilena said.

"Our loyal members are vital to ensuring the club’s continued success in the coming years."

Dilena said the Roos’ recent on-field fortunes make this year an exciting time to be a member.

"We currently have over 6,800 members from 2014 who are yet to renew their membership in 2015," he said.

"We’d love to have their support again to help us break through our membership record."

With five Etihad Stadium home games and two replacement fixtures still to come, there is still great value in purchasing a membership.

Access 5 and Roo Crew (3 game) membership options start from just $50.

Current members are also encouraged to upgrade their membership (to Social Club or Grand Final) to guarantee Grand Final access, should North Melbourne participate.

Competing clubs receive 14,000 Grand Final tickets, with those outside priority 1 and priority 2 access categories unable to purchase member-allocated tickets.
