Taylor Garner and Leigh Adams have been named to play in their much-anticipated comebacks this weekend.

Garner hasn’t played since the 2014 NAB Challenge, while Adams’ last match was this pre-season with Werribee, where he suffered a concussion.

The pair will both be on limited game-time in the first step in their returns.

There are a number of Kangaroos returning to the VFL this week. Ben Jacobs and Brad McKenzie will turn out for North Ballarat, strengthening a side that is travelling to face a formidable Port Melbourne outfit.

Meanwhile at Werribee, Mason Wood and Ed Vickers-Willis complement Adams’ inclusion, making an already strong Tigers’ line-up favourites to win their sixth match in a row and maintain their top-of-the-table status.

Will Fordham has been in excellent form for the Tigers over the last fortnight, amassing a total of 54 disposals playing as an outside midfielder and on a wing. Coming off an interrupted pre-season, the first-year rookie has taken to VFL football exceptionally well.
