Robbie Tarrant has been rewarded for an excellent season with selection in the 40-man All-Australian squad.

One of the best key-defenders in the competition, the 27-year-old has been in miserly form all season.

In the last seven weeks, he’s only conceded three goals and is a heavy favourite to take out his first Syd Barker Medal.

It’s the first time Tarrant has been nominated in the squad, with the final 22 set to be revealed on Thursday.
