Aaron Sandilands one week, Todd Goldstein the next; Rhys Stanley is the first to admit he faces another huge challenge on Sunday.

Perhaps better known for his work as a key-forward, Stanley shouldered the load in Geelong’s win over Fremantle, with Zac Smith a late withdrawal.

The 200 centimetre Cat limited the influence of Sandilands, but quickly has to move on to a battle against Goldstein.

“Todd’s a great ruckman. To come up against their side will be another great challenge and we’ll throw everything at them,” Stanley said.

“[We’ll] try and replicate a little bit of what we did on the weekend but he’s a whole different beast altogether.

“The way he [Goldstein] jumps and moves around the ground is another aspect to ruckmen that we’ve got to be able to overcome.”

Geelong won last year’s clash between the sides at Etihad Stadium, but played just five games at the venue in 2016, compared to North’s 13.

“They’re [the Roos] good there. They play a lot of football there and it’s obviously another big challenge for us,” Stanley added.
