Free Agent

October 10: Port Adelaide made an offer to Restricted Free Agent Tom Rockliff (Brisbane Lions) on Tuesday October 10. The Brisbane Lions elected not to match the offer on Wednesday October 11.

Based on the player’s age and the contract offer, the AFL advised the Brisbane Lions FC it would be eligible for an end of round one compensation selection, which would be number 18 on the current provisional selection order.

Free Agent

October 6: The Western Bulldogs made an offer to Restricted Free Agent Jackson Trengove (Port Adelaide) on Friday October 6. Port Adelaide elected not to match the offer on Friday October 6 and Jackson Trengove is now able to join the Western Bulldogs immediately.

Port Adelaide FC will not receive any compensation for the loss of player Trengove, after later taking in Tom Rockliff as a free agent.
