With an upcoming JLT clash against the premiers on Wednesday, the North squad hit the track on a perfect Melbourne Tuesday for a light session, heavily focused on skills.

The forwards held an informal set-shot competition amongst themselves, with the returning Taylor Garner looking impressive as he took the win.
