Courteney Munn and Chloe Haines will debut for the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos in Friday night’s crunch meeting against the Bulldogs at UTAS Stadium.

A proven goalkicker at VFLW level, Munn will bolster North’s forward stocks, having booted ten goals for the Southern Saints at state level.

The tall forward was secured with pick 36 in the 2018 AFLW Draft and has worked meticulously on her craft since arriving at Arden Street.

Working alongside the likes of Dennis Armfield and Mo Hope on the track, the 19-year-old will add further strength to a North forward line that has booted a combined 100 points over two games.

Meanwhile, Haines will make her first appearance in the royal blue and white stripes after being named as an emergency in consecutive games. 

Drafted with pick 53 in last year’s draft, the Burnie product will boost the Roos’ engine room with speed and poise, having impressed with these attributes in recent weeks.

The versatile 18-year-old can also be utilised as a clean-marking forward, highlighting the extra dimensions to her game that make the former basketballer one to watch.
