One of the AFLW’s great aerial players, Randall has made a habit of menacing opponents at both ends of the ground.

A defender-turned-forward, her work ethic and desire to put in for the team made her an important linchpin in coach Darren Crocker’s champion North Melbourne team.

She’s excelled as a primary forward target, kicking totals of 21, 15 and 24 goals across 2023, 2024 and 2025 respectively.

Having lost two Grand Finals with Brisbane and a third with the Roos in 2023, there was no player for whom 2024’s premiership will have tasted sweeter. A year later, she added a maiden All-Australian selection along with a second premiership medal.
