Premiership points will be on the line at Arden St this Saturday, as the Roos’ VFL team and their VFLW affiliate, Melbourne University, take on Richmond in a double-header.

A major redevelopment of the facility was completed last week, making North Melbourne’s spiritual home a state-of-the art venue capable of hosting VFL, VFLW, AFLW, and JLT Series games.

The project was funded in part by the generosity of the club’s outstanding supporters, who raised $1.3 million for the development in 2018.

A new media tower, AFLW change rooms, umpires’ rooms, oval lighting, scoreboard, coaches boxes and interchange benches bring the precinct into the modern era.

Melbourne University will take on Richmond from 11:50am in a VFLW match-up that sees third take on fourth on the ladder.

At 2pm, the Roos' VFL team will meet with the top-of-the-table Tigers, who are yet to lose a game.

The Roo Shop will be open from 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Saturday, giving fans the opportunity to purchase some North Melbourne merchandise.

The Limerick Castle Hotel will be celebrating the return of footy to North Melbourne with a $15 pot and parma special for North members. Click here for more information.
