Melbourne Uni is celebrating a dominant performance, thumping Richmond by a whopping 68 points. The win catapults the side into fifth on the ladder and sets up a tantalising match up with Collingwood.

It was a strong performance from the entire side, with North’s AFLW players standing out.  

Besides 18 disposals and amassing 13 hit outs, Kate Gillespie-Jones had 5 marks, making her the VFLW stat leader with an average of 5.5 a game and 44 total for the season.

After a month out due to shoulder injury, Ash Riddell made a fierce return with 28 disposals and 2 goals.

Jas Garner’s speed and ferocity saw her boot 3 goals while Britt Gibson kicked 2.

A strong defence stifled the Tigers who only managed a single goal in the 77-9 score line.
