Stay active and keep moving with The Huddle’s FREE online women’s only workout sessions!

Jump online every Monday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30am AEST and join The Huddle’s very own Kate Beveridge in the FREE group training sessions.

Designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, each session will be run in a safe, inclusive, and private environment which you can join from the comfort of your own home.

“I love jumping online and working out with Kate,” one Women’s Workout participant said. 

“It is a fun and easy way to keep active during the tightened restrictions and I can join in with my friends in a safe and private environment.”

Designed to be easily accessible to all women across the community, the sessions focus on women’s physical and mental well-being, offering participants a chance to keep motivated and check in with friends.

“The sessions are a fun and inclusive way for all women to get involved regardless of age, fitness level or culture,” Beveridge said.

“At the moment it is challenging to stay motivated and keep active however the online sessions offer women a chance to take time out for themselves and also stay connected with their friends and other community members.”

Run in a private environment, the women’s workout sessions are fun way to keep active, meet new women and require no equipment.
