More than 200 participants had a blast these school holidays, spending their break with The Huddle school holiday program, with thanks to the Department of Education and Training.

There were many fun and meaningful activities across the two weeks including our Autumn Huddle Picnic, Bounce, ten-pin bowling and laser tag.

Chesterfield Farm was our first stop with participants overcoming their fears through hands-on activities such as feeding baby farm animals before jumping on a tractor. It was a great opportunity to build stronger connections and spend some time in nature.

At the Narana Aboriginal Cultural Centre in Geelong, participants learnt the art of storytelling by designing their own boomerang, before getting to know some of the native wildlife and learning how to throw their hand-crafted boomerangs.

Our senior participants also had the opportunity to gain industry experience in our waiter and barista course, before putting their problem-solving skills to the test to flee out of the Escape Room at Highpoint and improving their confidence on the water with thanks to Australian Sailing.
