Tripodi is a midfielder-forward with strong stoppage craft, plenty of creativity and a high defensive work ethic.

2023: Despite missing out on the club's finals series, Tripodi saw plenty of success in her first campaign as a Roo, playing nine games.

She was mainly stationed inside forward 50 throughout the season and managed to kick the first goal of her career against the Saints in Round 1 in her debut appearance.
