A classy forward that played just one NAB League campaign, Charli Granville has the often understated ability of just knowing where the goals are.

The type of player who can create something out of nothing, Granville is the type of exciting forward who doesn’t need an immense amount of the ball to be able to turn a game.

She possesses a strong, quick first step, good agility and has a good skill level, especially for someone who is still relatively new to the high-performance pathway.

North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos debut: Round 1, 2022 S7

Season 7: Along with four of her new teammates, Granville made her debut in Round 1 where she showcased her exciting capabilities as a small forward.

After struggling to make an impact against eventual premiers Melbourne in Round 2 at the MCG, Granville was made to bide her time before featuring for the Kangaroos again.

Called upon as a late inclusion before the Round 9 clash with Collingwood, the youngster enjoyed the best game of her career so far. By applying consistent pressure on opposition defenders all day long, she reaped the benefits with a debut goal which was soon followed by a second.

With another pre-season under her belt, Granville has a huge chance of locking down the small forward role in 2023.
