It was yet another milestone in Brent Harvey’s already long list of achievements that passed with little fanfare, perhaps due to the significance of another record on the horizon.

Nevertheless, Harvey’s mark of 388 career home and away games, surpassing Michael Tuck’s 387, saw the little champion move to number one of all-time after Saturday’s win over Brisbane.

Now in his 21st season, North’s number 29 has played at 17 different venues during his AFL career, with Etihad Stadium (157 times) and the home of football, the MCG (101), the most prevalent.

After the opening two rounds, Harvey has moved to 411 career games, just 15 behind Tuck’s record of 426, which includes finals.

If all things go to plan, the 37-year-old is set to pass Tuck in Round 19 against St Kilda.
