Shaun Higgins has continued his stellar season, proving yet again that he can contend with close attention from the game’s best taggers.
On Sunday, Higgins was awarded six AFLCA votes and closes the gap to Ben Cunnington as North’s lead player.
Higgins was blanketed by Docker Nick Suban at Etihad Stadium, but still managed 26 possessions and 7 inside 50s.
Ben Brown and Aaron Mullet each received two votes, while Jack Ziebell tallied one.
