North Ballarat will be looking to its contingent of North Melbourne-listed players to help upset Port Melbourne on Saturday at TEAC Oval.

The return of Aaron Mullett to the Roosters' side will provide them with some much needed run off half-back after a heavy loss to Williamstown at Eureka Stadium in Round 4.

Cameron Delaney will also be a vital component to the North Ballarat backline. Port Melbourne has been on fire in the first four rounds and Roosters' coach Gerald Fitzgerald will look to Delaney to marshall a backline that conceded 10 goals in the second half last week.

After a promising performance brought Cruize Garlett to the brink of the North Melbourne side to take on Sydney, he'll be looking for a repeat outing if he doesn't make the trip to Sydney as a travelling emergency. Last week he collected 32 disposals.

Ben Mabon will have a tough task against former AFL player Wayde Skipper and for the Roosters to challenge Port, he will have to be on top of his game and provide his midfield with first use of the ball.

Last time the sides met, Port won by 64-points. A similar sized loss this time around would be disastrous for the Roosters' season.
