Picked with the fifth selection of the 2019 AFL Draft, Stephens is a hard-working outside midfielder who has built a reputation as a premier runner of the competition.
He called Sydney home for his first four seasons and featured in the 2022 Grand Final before North Melbourne brought him over in the 2023 AFL Trade Period.
He had a career-best season in 2025, averaging 17.5 touches and kicking six goals from 22 appearances.
