4. Will my membership card work at replacement games?

Members who book a reserved seat in a North Melbourne member bay will be issued with a reserved seat ticket for that specific game. Members must use this ticket to access the venue instead of their membership card. Once a member is issued with their reserved seat ticket, their membership card will be inactive for that game.

Members who don’t book a reserved seat can still access the game by simply scanning their North Melbourne membership card at the turnstiles and accessing a seat in the allocated general admission areas.

5. Will I be able to sit in my normal reserved seat?

North Melbourne members will not have access to their normal reserved seat. Instead members will have access to reserved seat member bays that have been negotiated with the home club.

6. Will I be able to sit with the same members that I sit with at home games?

To ensure that members are able to sit with friends/family we recommend booking together. Members will be able to book for themselves as well as friends and family. Please ensure that you have the member IDs of each member you are booking for.

7. Can I use my bring a friend ticket?

Bring a friend tickets are only able to be redeemed at North Melbourne home games.

8. Will guest passes be available?

Guest passes are not available for access into the member replacement games. To access seating with non-members you can upgrade through to a reserved seat and purchase a guest pass through the relevant ticketing agent.

9. I have a friend who is a general admission member; can I upgrade them into the North Melbourne member bays?

Only North Melbourne reserved seat members will be able to access the reserved seat member bays. General admission members are entitled to general admission seating at our replacement games and can access the venue by using their membership cards or can upgrade to a reserved seat through the relevant ticketing agent.

10. Can I reserve a seat for all four games at once?

To ensure a fair allocation process for all reserved seat members, you will need to contact the club for each game during the designated timeframe.

11. How will reserved seats be allocated?

Reserved seats will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis until the allocation has been exhausted.

12. What access do I have to replacement games if I miss out on a seat in the reserved seat bays?

Members who miss out on a reserved seat can still access the game by simply scanning their North Melbourne membership card at the turnstiles and accessing a seat in the allocated general admission areas.

13. How many tickets are available?

The allocation available caters to the average number of Premiership Club, Schimma Platinum Club and Archer’s Legends Club members who attend replacement games.
