4. Shaun Higgins

Higgins racked up an impressive 11 clearances to lead all comers on the day.

The classy midfielder also finished with 25 disposals, 14 of which were contested and booted a goal.

7. Jack Ziebell

The skipper led from the front, hitting the contest hard and kicking a great goal in the opening term.

Ziebell pumped the ball inside 50 on eight occasions, and finished with 31 disposals from just 71 per cent game time.

9. Andrew Swallow

While the former captain had a quiet second half, he set to the tone in the opening two quarters with his outstanding attack on the ball.

He had 17 first half disposals and 23 for the game, as well as laying a team-high eight tackles.

14. Trent Dumont

Enjoying a regular run through the midfield, Dumont finished with 25 disposals and five clearances.

He got the ball inside 50 on six occasions.

22. Todd Goldstein

The big man looked back to some of his best form, with some quality tap work and several cameos in attack.

Goldstein finished with three goals to go with his 11 disposals and 32 hit-outs.

30. Jarrad Waite

While his goal-kicking accuracy was off (1.7), Waite was able to create regular opportunities with six marks inside 50.

He finished with 17 disposals and also laid four tackles to keep the ball in the forward 50.

50. Ben Brown

Brown got the ball rolling for North in the first term, booting two quick goals to give his team the momentum.

While it was a tough afternoon for the Roos’ forwards, he still pulled down six marks.
