He was the dominant forward on the day, and Ben Brown’s performance against Melbourne has been recognised with a perfect 10 from the coaches.

Five goals against the Demons took his season goal tally to 26, only five off the lead in the Coleman Medal.

The 10 votes he received for his strong performance on Sunday sees him with the second most votes for the Kangaroos, behind midfielder Ben Cunnington.

Cunnington also polled against Melbourne, his eight votes coming after 26 disposals and eight clearances, despite suffering a knee injury early in the match.

It’s the fourth game Cunnington has polled in the last six matches.

Scott Thompson is another on a roll, receiving votes for the third time in four matches.

The 31-year-old was a rock down back, racking up plenty of intercept possessions.

Todd Goldstein rounded out the Kangaroos’ voting, earning three for his game in the ruck.
