The Kangaroos playing in the VFL this weekend will hit the road, travelling out to Norm Minns Oval in Wangaratta.

It’s not the first time North representatives have played at the ground, with the AFL side facing St Kilda there in a NAB Challenge match to kick off the 2016 pre-season.

Werribee is looking for its third consecutive victory of the season.

Since returning from a concussion, Mitchell Hibberd has had 51 disposals in the last two weeks, playing off half-back with stints on the wing.

In the forward line Nick Larkey has relished the extra responsibility while Ben McKay is recovering from an injury.

The first-year Roo kicked four goals last week to lead his fellow forwards to a 13-point win over Casey, and will be looking to back up with a similar performance on Saturday.

After missing last week due to illness, Andrew Swallow returns to the line-up to add some midfield grunt, while Will Fordham can provide the outside run.

Meanwhile Ben Jacobs is hoping to return to action in the Development League on Sunday morning for Werribee when it plays at Box Hill.
