Fremantle will be without Hayden Ballantyne for Friday night's clash after he took early pleas for two separate offences by the AFL's Match Review Panel.

Ballantyne was charged for striking and kneeing Sydney's Rhyce Shaw with both incidents earning him 125 points each, normally worth one-week suspensions.

But with early pleas, he received reprimands carrying 93.75 points.

By accepting both reprimands he will miss Friday night's Anzac Day clash against North Melbourne as the points were added together for a one-week suspension.
