North CEO & Managing Director Carl Dilena took his Good Friday Appeal fundraising campaign to new heights on Friday morning, jumping on-board the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel.

It was all part of 3AW’s ‘Neil’s Wheel’ campaign, which aimed to raise $200,000 to establish a Point-of-Care Ultrasound Program.

Dilena boarded the capsule needing $10,000 to escape the wheel, but thanks to the passionate North supporters, left with over $14,000 raised. That tally has now grown to over $15,000. 

The CEO is now has his feet firmly on the ground, but is urging fans to continue their support for the Appeal.

North will take on the St. Kilda in the ‘Kick for the Kids’ on Friday, March 30, with $5 from every adult ticket going towards an amazing cause.
