Adelaide will be sweating on the availability of Brodie Smith and Will Hamill as it prepares for Sunday's game against North Melbourne.

The pair were concussed during the Crows' Round 21 loss to Port Adelaide, and will need to pass the AFL's strict concussion protocols to play.

Smith racked up 22 possessions when the teams last met in Round 4.

Key-forward Elliott Himmelberg has been ruled out of the final round encounter due to a right hamstring injury.

Big man Reilly O'Brien will also remain sidelined due to a knee injury, after he was one of the Crows' best against North last time around.
