Werribee Tigers best and fairest winner

kangaroos.com.au says

During the year Pedersen was one of the unlucky few kept out of the side by a combination of bad luck and good form by the players ahead of him.

When he did break in for games in Round 6 and Round 8, North suffered losses. Then, when he hit a hot streak of form in the VFL he was unable to force either of Lachlan Hansen or Robbie Tarrant out of the side. He was rewarded for a superb season at Werribee by winning the club's best and fairest award.

Quotes

"Like all the Kangaroos' players, Cam came down and gave us 100 percent on and off the field."
Scott West - Werribee coach

"I want to get back to playing AFL footy, for me and for my family especially, but until then I'll keep working on what I need to improve on."
