Cam Zurhaar will have been happy the airspace above Optus Stadium was clear on Friday night. His monster hanger over teammate Todd Goldstein has selected as one of the Round 8 nominees for Mark of the Year.

A long-bomb inside 50 from Flynn Perez proved to be the perfect opportunity for Zurhaar to ready himself for take-off. As he floated out the back of the forming pack, the presence of ruck pair Goldstein and Docker Sean Darcy proved the perfect runway for him to take off from.

Coming down from orbit seemingly an age later, Zurhaar had to fight the altitude sickness from his flight to finish off his work and kick a well-deserved goal.
