North Melbourne pair Tristan Xerri and Cameron Zurhaar are in the running for Goal and Mark of the Year after spectacular efforts during Saturday night's match against Collingwood.

Xerri capped an outstanding season to date with a moment of individual brilliance in the first quarter against the Magpies.

Taking the ball out of the ruck, Xerri pivoted onto his left foot and sent a snap arcing through the big sticks for the Kangaroos' opening goal at Marvel Stadium.
