Charlie Comben, Luke Parker, Jack Darling, Zac Fisher and Callum Coleman-Jones have all been added to North Melbourne's squad ahead of Sunday's Round 18 clash against Melbourne at the MCG.

Comben is in the frame to play after missing the club's past two matches due to a shoulder injury, while Coleman-Jones could be included in the final senior side for the first time since rupturing his Achilles on Good Friday last year.

Neither Parker (rib) nor Darling (groin) were available for last Thursday night's Centenary celebration bout against the Western Bulldogs, but have been named in the extended line-up.

After being managed last week, Fisher also returns to squad, which will be trimmed when the Roos announce their selected team at 5pm on Friday.

The Kangaroos will be without onballer Luke Davies-Uniacke (concussion) and sharpshooter Nick Larkey (knee).

Sunday's opening bounce at the MCG is at 1.10pm AEST.
