A host of fresh faces will be on display as North Melbourne faces Sandringham in a practice match at Moorabbin’s RSEA Park.

Saturday’s game will be the first of five practice matches in March, where the Roos will take on rival VFL sides ahead of the season proper, commencing in April.

Among those making their first appearance in the royal blue and white stripes include the likes of Curtis Taylor, Tom Wilkinson as well as Category B rookie Red Óg Murphy.

Development coach and VFL player Brendan Whitecross will also play his first game for North after switching to Arden Street from Hawthorn.
