Train
Southern Cross Station is located adjacent to Etihad Stadium. It is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge.

Night trains run hourly all night on Friday and Saturday from Flinders Street Station on all lines, except Stony Point and Flemington Racecourse lines. Many stations have more frequent train services through the night.

Tram
City trams run to Etihad Stadium from La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade. Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street and all are a short walk to Etihad Stadium.

Bus
The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria. Etihad Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the bus terminus. 

Walking
An elevated, 20-metre wide pedestrian footbridge connects Etihad Stadium to Southern Cross station and intersection of Spencer and Bourke streets.

uCube – kids zone
Located on the internal concourse at Gate 5, uCube is a giant play area that will keep the kids entertained. There are ball pits, marking activities, slides, obstacles and much more!

Fans are welcome to come down to check out the brand-new kids zone at any time through the game. uCube will be open from gates open until the fourth quarter and provides plenty of fun activity for children including: 
- Ball Pits
- Slides
- Inflatable obstacle course

Canterbury Tackle Bag Challenge

How hard can you tackle?  Canterbury Australia will be running their tackle bag activation on the Marvel Stadium Concourse pre game – the hardest tackle of the day will win a 2019 North Signed Guernsey.

Wharf Hotel

This week's match is a designated home match with match day members able to access the venue by scanning their card at the gate.

All members can access their membership cards digitally through the official North Melbourne app, for more information click here. There will be dedicated digital scanning lanes at all gates around Marvel Stadium.

General Admission members can find a seat in any of the designated General Admission areas behind the goals or on the wing of Level 3.

Match day enquiries
Membership representatives will be located in the new Membership Hub outside Gate 5 for membership sales, general enquiries and scarf or cap collection.

Cap and Scarf collection will also be available at from the marquee at Gate 7.

Premiership Room
All Schimma Platinum Club and Premiership Club will have access into the Premiership Room on Level D at Gate 6.

Schimma and Premiership Club members will be able to collect their cap or scarf from the Premiership Room this season.

Food and drink options are available for purchase in the room. Reservations are not required.

Barry Cable Social Club
All Social Club members will have access into the Social Club room on Level 1 at Aisle 15.

There will also be player appearances in the room 30 minutes after gates open.

Free face painting and kids' activity corner will be available in the room.

Seat return
We understand that sometimes even the most loyal and passionate members may not be able to make it to every home game in a season. That’s why we’ve introduced a member seat return program which gives you the chance to return your seat(s) to the club for individual matches throughout the season.

If your membership seat(s) sell through the ticketing agency, you will receive credit towards your 2019 membership or refund on your 2018 membership. Adult and concession members will receive a credit at $25 per seat sold while juniors will receive $15.

Member Code of Conduct
While barracking and supporting the club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated.

Club members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.

Club members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of membership without refund. The club endorses the AFL's stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.

The Roo Shop will be set up outside Gate 5 at the North Melbourne Club Hub and open inside Gate 5 and Gate 7 from 11.30am.  

Members receive a 10% discount on all other merchandise upon presentation of their membership card.

To celebrate Canterbury’s match day, customers who spend over $50 at any merch outlets will receive a $25 voucher to spend online at Canterbury’s store.
