North Melbourne has made two changes for Sunday's Pride Round clash against Essendon at Windy Hill, with Maddison Torpey set to make her club debut.

Torpey arrived at Arden Street during the 2025 AFLW trade period following three appearances for Carlton last season, and will become Shinboner No.70 when she runs out this weekend.

The young tall played a crucial role in North Melbourne Werribee's VFLW Grand Final triumph over Williamstown last month, and gets her chance to impress for the Roos at the highest level against the Bombers.

Joining Torpey in the side is Kristie-Lee Weston-Turner, who returns for her first AFLW appearance since Round 6.

As confirmed on Thursday night, experienced duo Kate Shierlaw and Jenna Bruton are being managed and will miss the Round 10 match-up.

Emma King, Abby Favell and Shauna McElligott are North Melbourne's three emergencies.

The Best on Ground winner from last year's Grand Final, Eilish Sheerin is locked in to play her 50th AFLW game. The hard-nosed midfielder played 32 matches for Richmond, and has notched 17 for the Kangaroos since crossing over from Punt Road after the 2024 campaign.
