At the Annual General Meeting on Monday 31st March 2008 at 6.30 pm in the Medallion Club, Level 2 Telstra Dome, Docklands five directors will be formally elected.
1. Directors elected by ordinary members
A nomination for the office of one Ordinary Member, Life Member and Patron elected Director was received from James Brayshaw.
2. Directors elected by Shareholders
Nominations for the four offices of Shareholder elected Directors were received from Carl Dilena, Will Houghton QC, Denis Pagan and Geoff Lewis.
All nominations have been verified by the Club’s appointed Retuning Officer.
