North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroo Jas Grierson will undergo minor surgery on Tuesday to remove a small piece of cartilage from her knee.
Grierson is expected to be sidelined for four weeks, and will be placed on a modified training program.
The club expects Grierson to be available for practice matches at the start of the season.
