It will be a night of opportunity for a raft of North Melbourne players on Friday night against the Dogs in the club’s first Marsh Series game.

With several key players sidelined due to injury including Ben Brown, Shaun Higgins, Robbie Tarrant, Jack Ziebell and Jared Polec, those fighting for spots will have the chance to step up in their absence.

The team, presented by The Wharf Hotel, includes Nick Larkey as the main target in attack, supported by Cam Zurhaar, Tarryn Thomas, draftee Jack Mahony, Kayne Turner and Taylor Garner.

Down back Majak Daw has been selected to play in his first official AFL match since 2018, and will fly the flag in defence with new recruit, Josh Walker.

Developing ruckman Tristan Xerri will have time to shine backing up Todd Goldstein, while former Giant Aiden Bonar will come of the bench in his new colours.

Entry is free for 2020 premiership season membership holders.  Members who haven't received membership cards have been emailed an e-card to their registered email addresses.
