North Melbourne will be part of an Anzac Day triple-header next season, according to The West Australian.

The newspaper has added to the list of recent speculation around the 2014 fixture, predicting an April 25 clash at Patersons Stadium between Fremantle and the Kangaroos.

North last played on Anzac Day at Aurora Stadium in 2010 against Hawthorn.

Previously in The Age, Caroline Wilson suggested the Kangaroos will be involved in a Sunday night blockbuster against West Coast at Subiaco Oval during June.

The match would coincide with a public holiday weekend in Western Australia and be broadcast live on Channel 7.

Wilson also said North would play five Friday night blockbusters in 2014, while AFL.com.au predicted a season opener against Essendon under lights.

The Mercury reported the Kangaroos will take on Adelaide at Blundstone Arena in Round 22,  with new recruit Nick Dal Santo set to come up against his old team St Kilda for the first time at the venue in Round 17.

The full 2014 fixture will be released on Thursday.
