North Melbourne has hit the ground running with its 2013 membership campaign, with more than 10,000 loyal members already showing their spirit for the season ahead.

A show of faith by thousands supporters is encouraging so early on with the season only finishing up a few weeks ago.

This early spike is thanks in part to the Troo Roo for Life membership category which is the fastest and most convenient way to renew each year because you don’t have to lift a finger. A direct debit system rolls on every season with a lump sum or monthly payment made via credit card or direct debit.

“We’re really pleased to have more than 10,000 members on board so soon. The new campaign launch was only yesterday, so to have such strong numbers within the first day is an outstanding result,” interim CEO Cam Vale told kangaroos.com.au.

“This is a really exciting time for our football club, we made finals this year and have some really exciting young talent led by a great group of leaders and I know everyone wants to be a part of what’s happening.”

After reaching more than 33,000 members in 2012, the club is targeting a record number of 40,000 in 2013 and Vale believes there is no doubt this milestone can be achieved.

“I’m positive we’ll reach a record number of members in 2013 because North Melbourne supporters are some of the most loyal and passionate in the league and they won’t want to miss out on the momentum which is building here at Aegis Park.”

As a first year Troo Roo you will receive a discount on your membership ($10 Adult/ Concession, $5 Junior) as well as many other exclusive benefits. This program is growing in numbers each year with more and more members choosing this hassle free option and showing pride in calling themselves a Troo Roo for Life.

Signing up as a North Melbourne member is the best way to ensure you’re a part of the club’s future by showing your Spirit: Then, Now and Forever.
