North Melbourne's loyal supporters have responded overwhelmingly to the club's new membership campaign, Spirit - One and All.

The release of a compelling video featuring Jack Ziebell on Sunday, followed by Monday's official launch have brought about unprecedented excitement from new and existing members.

A record number of calls were received on Monday and Tuesday as supporters looked to secure their seat for 2012, while kangaroos.com.au had its highest number of unique visitors and page views of all time.

Chief Executive Officer Eugene Arocca says the support from Troo Roo members to the club's debt reduction campaign has also been pleasing.

"We've had many calls from members looking to contribute above and beyond the optional $25 donation which is a fantastic gesture and one the club is very thankful for," Arocca told kangaroos.com.au.

North Melbourne also had a huge amount of interest from Tasmanian-based fans after the announcement it would play two home games a year at Blundstone Arena for the next three seasons.

With a large influx of calls coming via North's membership hotline, more customer service staff have been brought on to ensure a fast and easy sign-up process.

"It's terrific to see so many people so eager to get on board in 2012. We are encouraging anyone experiencing delays over the phone to jump online to our dedicated website which will guide you in choosing your package, right through to the payment stage."

Some of the new additions to the membership offering in 2012 include:

- New premium 'Premiership Club' package

- Greater range of 'members only' merchandise including a supporter pack, polo, scarf and polar fleece blanket.

- New Tasmanian packages including Victorian/Interstate members' reserved seat options.

- Troo Roo For Life members receive an early-bird discount on Syd Barker Medal & Hall of Fame tickets, payable by monthly installments.
