Emerging Fremantle midfielder Adam Cerra will miss Saturday’s clash with North Melbourne, after suffering a syndesmosis injury in the Dockers’ win over Adelaide.

Cerra was subbed out at quarter time, with scans suggesting the talented Docker will miss around a month of football.

“It’s a low-grade syndesmosis injury and we expect that he’ll be out for around three to four weeks,” Dockers General manager of football operations and performance Joe Brierty said.

Fremantle will also be without key defenders Joel Hamling and Alex Pierce, who are yet to recover from injuries sustained in round one.
