We’re excited to announce that North Melbourne Reserved Seat members in both Hobart and Melbourne will be able to sit in their seats for the first time from Round 13 at Blundstone Arena and Round 14 and Marvel Stadium.

This means that the weekly ticket redemption process that was in place for Reserved Seat members will no longer be required.

As per the current Covid-safe plan, General Admission members and Reserved Bay members (Premiership Club, Social Club 7 Cheer Squad) will still need to redeem a seat on a game-by-game basis to ensure we know which bay and zone each ticket holder is seated in, to allow for contact tracing if required.

While this is a welcome step closer to normality, things will continue to look a little different from usual. Members will only be able to scan into the ground with their Mobile Membership card found on the North Melbourne App. Your Mobile Membership card will also show your gate of entry, this may be different from the gate you are used to entering.

We will send detailed instructions and guides to Reserved Seat members over the coming weeks with instructions to ensure a smooth transition, but you can get ready by downloading the North Melbourne App at the App Store or Google Play, select “MyKangaroos” at the bottom of the screen and log in. You should see our remaining home games. Barcodes will appear a few days out from each of the games.

We empathise that up to this point, members have had to change the way they ordinarily access tickets and attend matches as Covid continues to be a challenge in the community.

We appreciate your support as we have navigated our way through to the return of reserved seats.

We will be in touch with all members around the process for Round 13 and 14 closer to the games however, in the meantime you can read more about Mobile Membership HERE.
