After 10 games in three years at Hawthorn, Jed Anderson arrived at Arden Street with an exchange of picks ahead of the 2016 campaign.

After struggling with injury in his first two seasons at the club, Anderson exploded in 2018 to play 21 games for the season, putting together an arguably career-best campaign as North narrowly missed out on finals.

2020 saw him register a podium finish for the Syd Barker Medal, with the midfield veteran provided crucial leadership to the club’s emerging crop of young talent.

North Melbourne debut: Round 1, 2016

2021: After suffering a calf injury in pre-season, Anderson returned to the side in Round 2, and set the tone in the North midfield with a career-high 14 tackles.

He unfortunately suffered an ankle injury the next week against the Western Bulldogs, requiring surgery and an extended stint on the sidelines.

Coming back via the VFL, Anderson made his senior return in Round 19, playing a new role in North’s forward line where he found little trouble impacting the scoreboard.
