One of the AFLW’s great aerial players, Randall has made a habit of menacing opponents at both ends of the ground.

A defender-turned-forward, her work ethic and desire to put in for the team made her an important linchpin in coach Darren Crocker’s champion North Melbourne team.

Randall booted a career-high 21 goals in 2023, including a haul of five against the Dockers in Round 6.

She was prolific again in 2024, kicking 15 goals while drawing key defenders away from the club’s damaging fleet of medium forwards.

Having lost two Grand Finals with Brisbane and a third with the Roos in 2023, there was no player for whom 2024’s premiership will have tasted sweeter.
