After suffering a hamstring strain in early September, Ellie Gavalas is well and truly back to full training and will have her eyes set on a return in this weekend's massive bout with the Tigers.

"'Gav' (Gavalas) is fully unrestricted and no longer in rehab," AFLW head of medical services Melissa Haberfield said.

"She trained with the main group for all of last week and will do the same this week."

Gavalas hasn't featured in the royal blue and white since Round 2 against the Demons where she gathered 10 disposals and kicked a goal.

Emma Kearney experienced some knee soreness during the fourth term of the Round 9 match with Collingwood after Vikki Wall fell across the captain's right leg, but she'll be given every chance to play this Sunday.

"Kearney had an incident during the last quarter involving contact to her knee. We will continue to monitor her throughout the week," AFLW performance manager Alex Veitch said.

Sophie Abbatangelo (illness) was a late withdrawal last Saturday but at this stage the forward will be available for selection.

She, along with Ella Maurer (illness), will also both be available for Round 10 selection.

Another young Roo in Perri King is currently rehabbing a finger she fractured in a practice match just over a week ago and requires surgical consultation.
