The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have announced which numbers their six newest players will be wearing for the 2023 season.

Former Saint and headline recruit Kate Shierlaw will don the No.33 after making the switch to Arden Street from Moorabbin on the first day of the 2023 AFLW Sign and Trade Period.

Shierlaw enjoyed a stellar Season 7 campaign after booting 13 goals and claiming St Kilda's best and fairest award.

Eliza Shannon will wear No.11 after making her way over from Hawthorn.

The former Hawk has the ability to cover the ground well as a versatile defender, and at 23 years of age, is another exciting addition.

Fellow defensive recruit and elite runner Lulu Pullar will continue her playing career with the No.24 on her back.

Originally a Brisbane Lion, Pullar spent two seasons in Queensland and received the best first-year player award in Season 6.

No.28 will be worn by incoming Irishwoman Niamh Martin, who is preparing for her first season of Australian Football after playing Gaelic in her native country.

Martin impressed the club with her speed, agility, and line-breaking ability over her performances with Tipperary and will become the third Irish Roo on North Melbourne's list.

Pick No.23 in the 2023 Supplementary Draft Ruby Tripodi will wear the No.19 in her debut AFLW campaign.

Tripodi was selected out of Williamstown's VFLW program, where she won back-to-back best and fairests, and has already made an impact in the blue and white stripes through four games for North Melbourne's VFLW team in 2023.

Ruck Liz McGrath has been given No.1 after being acquired as a delisted free agent following an inaugural AFLW campaign with Port Adelaide.

The club's last roster spot, which was made available when veteran Dani Hardiman made the decision to retire last month, is yet to be confirmed.
