Utah's Bobsled, Luge and Skeleton track winds its way down a steep mountain face over 1,335 metres. It has 15 dangerous curves throughout and is one of the fastest tracks in the world.

However, the track didn't pose any threat to North Melbourne players - it was the path that runs beside it that did.

This challenge involved more teamwork and an immense amount of endurance.

Each group was given a medical stretcher with two footballs on it and their task was to negotiate the hills, climbs, twists and turns all the way along the gravel road to the top. But there was a catch, six players had to have contact with the strecher at all times and no one was allowed to touch the footballs - they had to be carefully balanced the entire way. If the balls fell, it was 30 pushups for punishment.

The time limit was 30 minutes and the task was to get up and down as many times as possible.
