A handful of Kangas are among the coaches' vote receivers following the VFL side's six-point loss to Sydney last Saturday.

Defender Jarrod Lienert was rewarded for his strong performance behind the ball at Arden Street Oval, polling the most votes of any Roo with five.

The experienced backman racked up 23 disposals and 10 rebound 50s.


Sam Lowson was the next best for the home side, polling three votes after amassing 20 disposals and one goal running through the midfield and forward line.

Young gun Zane Duursma booted four goals in his first VFL game of the year to poll one vote, while midfielder Jack Watkins also earned one to take his season total to 14 after finishing with five clearances and a game-high 29 disposals.

Sydney's Braeden Campbell garnered the most with nine.
