A staple of the Good Friday fixture, the half-time Legends’ Kick for the Kids will continue in 2025, with Ben Brown set to represent North Melbourne.

Shinboner No.983, Brown kicked 287 goals across 130 games for North Melbourne from 2014-2020.

He finished his AFL playing career at Melbourne, where he kicked a further 73 goals across 45 games and was a member of the Dees’ 2021 premiership team.

Anthony Franchina, who played 105 games in the navy blue from 1997-2003, will represent Carlton.

The pair will have three shots for goal each from three different stations to help raise money for the Good Friday Appeal.

Since the inaugural match in 2017, the Good Friday SuperClash has contributed almost $2 million to the Good Friday Appeal to support ground-breaking research, state-of-the-art equipment and technology, family-centred care programs and the ongoing education and training for staff at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Following sold-out crowds in 2023 and 2024, North Melbourne will host Carlton in the SuperClash for the third consecutive year, this Friday, April 18 at Marvel Stadium.
