North Melbourne Werribee midfielder Maddie Di Cosmo has gone back to back, claiming a second Kangaroos best and fairest award in as many years.

Di Cosmo played every possible game in 2025 as the Kangaroos won a second consecutive premiership.

She averaged 22.3 disposals and 7.2 tackles per game.

Di Cosmo polled 241 votes, ahead of captain Renee Tierney in second place on 211 votes.

Alana Barba rounded out the podium, taking home third place as well as the Shinboner of the Year award for the second consecutive season.

The Best Clubwoman award - for the player who epitomises unselfishness, has a team-first attitude and goes beyond the call of duty - was won by Zoe Savarirayan.

Jemmika Douglas was voted the Roos' most improved player for the season.
